Join flute/harp duo Chaski for their concert: Words & Other Wild Things. It’s a musical and literary nature walk. The program features tunes inspired by nature, and pairs them with poetry readings that celebrate the natural world. There’ll be flora and fauna; banks and braes; bunnies and bugs. No hiking shoes or sunscreen needed.

Chaski presents Mother’s Day + Southern Latitudes, an outdoor concert
Join Chaski in a two-part concert celebrating Mother’s Day and visiting the Southern Latitudes! The Mother’s Day set enjoys the beauty of springtime and highlights the women in our lives. The Southern Latitudes set goes on a spellbinding musical journey through southerly lands, complete with plaintive songs and lively dance rhythms performed on a dazzling collection of Latin American and concert instruments. Chaski friend and guitarist Dan Dickey joins Shana and Adrienne.
This concert takes place outdoors in rural western Travis county. You’re welcome to bring a blanket or chair to sit on and your own picnic dinner, snacks, and beverages. There’s shade. Please park in the designated parking area, unless your mobility needs require you to park near the house. An indoor bathroom will be available. The music will be amplified. We’ll keep an eye on the weather.
The concert is free, but Chaski will gratefully accept donations.
